I believe every single part of you, even the parts that are depressed, anxious, and shaming, all have good intentions and when they feel your compassionate self, they will be able to change their roles to better work for you.

Healing is inevitable when there is safety in session. In order to create that safety, before every session, I ask myself these questions:

• Do I have a deep respect for my client?

• Do I know they are capable of healing their own system?

• Do I have any agenda that will get in the way of their healing process?
